Our scientific research group was established in May 2019 at the MEMS Department, IIT Bombay. The concurrent theme is to probe, understand and characterize processes taking place at the solid/electrolyte interface that are present in almost all electrochemical applications involving materials. Under the umbrella of interfacial electrochemistry, we are interested to quantify using novel approaches how fast material surfaces and interfaces breakdown when in contact with an electrolyte.
